* Story *
You know about that old creepy bishop, weaving his web of power,
pulling his strings of intrigue like a spider to finally reach
his twisted goals... You heard about his stronghold where he's
rumoured to have his base of operation. Well, thinking 'bout all the evil
he already has spread, the abused peasants of this small town you just
came to, their missing daughters, you ready yourself to enter his lair,
which is howering like a laughing skull on top of the mountain rock,
overseeing the poor village he has driven to the edge of existence.
This time he'll pay for his inhuman deeds, you promise while passing
through the entrance gate. But what's this - didn't you hear just something
beside you....
* Other Info *
This is the seventh map in the mexx-series. It was designed as a one-player
map but supports deathmatch & coop nevertheless. I've tested deathmatch
with reaper-bots only (fun :); as the level is quite large, try 8-10 bots
(depending on your computer's speed). Some of the map areas need to be
'opened' in deathmatch, too (just like in single play) - so the accessable
area gets bigger during gameplay.
If you like this map, make sure to check out my other ones!
I would really appreciate feedback from EVERYONE who played this level,
so I can learn & improve for the next map. Therefore, I have attached a
questionaire at the end of this text file - please, take the time to
fill and send it back to me. Of course these are just some standard
questions I put up - feel free to add whatever comment you want - the more,
the better!
